Ann Obernolte, Watercolor Artist  (retired educator)

My husband, Al, and I purchased a home in Trilogy six years ago.  One of the community features that attracted me was the art studio at the Mita Club.  Participating in offered art classes, teaching classes, and selling my art at the fall and spring art shows has helped me create art using watercolor and a variety of mediums.  

My life in Minnesota had a large influence on my subject matter, until my exposure to the Southwest.  It has been fun to expand my painting subjects to include cacti, burros, and Southwest landscapes and to see my art as “Patio Paintings”.   Come see me at the Mita Club for the Fall and Spring Art Walk.
